I walked into the Bridal March played by the harp (but without the dog in the background ha) I downloaded the song for about £2. Much cheaper than the real thing but sounded fab :)

Im just having the same dilema. Ive found a string quartet album of The Smiths covers which I might go for. I was wanting to walk out to Perfect day by Lou Reed but DH2B states its too druggy.

To be honest I want something by The Libertines but I dont think I have a chance with this at all!

I'm currrently having a battle of wills with a man who wants the music from Chrono Trigger in the ceremony. I am NOT walking in to SNES game music.

LOL! Men and games, what are they like? My hubby probably would have chosen something from Sonic the Hedgehog if i'd allowed him! We just got married to the bridal march, and our first dance was Teenage Kicks by the Undertones as it's the first song we ever danced together too when we met :D
If google doesn't know it, how should i?

We married in the local registry office just over 2 weeks ago.

    We decided on :

    Entrance - Children, Robert Miles,
Signing the register - Perfect Day, Lou Read
Leaving - Rule the World, Take That.

Reason - we love all 3 tracks, and we couldnt give a hoot if anyone disagreed with our choices!!

    And, our day was perfect.

Entrance: Bagpipe excerpt from Orkney Wedding with Sunrise by Peter Maxwell Davies. It's not online but if you're really nosy you can hear a bit from earlier in the piece on this online store, it's basically the same tune but a bit quicker.

Signing the register: The song at the end of the film Spirited Away, Always With Me by Itsumo Nando.

The above two will be played by two of my dad's students who are very good clarsach players, also clarsachs less frightening than bagpipes for the toddlers present!

Leaving: La Vie en Rose by Louis Armstrong.

    No first dance, too shy!
