I applied at the start of the week and I'm just awaiting the paperwork. They told me they had a special fasttrack process which could be completed within 2 weeks! Cant say Ive had much of an experience but what Ive seen so far looks promising. Be aware that there is £140 solicitors fees on top of the £999 arrangement fee.

A work colleague has been with them for the last 5 or 6 years and has had no problems with them at all.

My original mortgage on my first home was with the
Principality and they were very good to deal with.

I still use them for my ISA's and again they are
    very good to deal with.

Hope it all goes well for you.

Been with them for the last 3 years and had no problems whatsoever. My fixed deal is coming to an end though and they will not offer the same rates to existing customers as they do to new ones. Bit of a shame because I was happy to stay with them.
