mortgage meeting, gross amount without pension?

Hello,
I went into Natwest today to set up a DIP meeting for about a months time.
They asked me a few initial questions and information to enter on the computer for the mortgage advisor to look at in a months or so time.
I told them my gross pay and mentioned I have no credit cards or any other debts like that.
I forgot to mention my pension payment, this is the LGPS, 6.5% of my salary a year and is taken out of my wages on payday.
Will this drastically affect my chances of being lent the full amount?
I am looking at their fixed 5 year FTB deal, rate's a little high at 5.99% but it's better than some out there.

Whats your gross salary and how much are you wanting to borrow?0

Gross salary is £19494, taking 6.5% yearly deduction for LGPS =£18,226
My full house price is £70,000
I will be putting up 10% deposit (£7,000) and I will require a mortgage of £63,000
Hope this helps

Unless you've got huge outgoings for credit commitments I seriously doubt that will be a problem.0
