Fighting A School Placement Request Refusal in W.L.

Here in Dundee lots of new houses were built in the Barnhill area, one of the schools has extended and doubled in size to cope with the extra numbers.Member of the first Mortgage Free in 3 challenge, no.19
Balance 19th April '07 = minus £27,640

I don't understand why the councils don't build a new school or extend them when new housing schemes are built. I stay in Lanarkshire and the school has been extended with plans for another school nearby to be rebuilt to cope with the demand now even more houses are being built. They've also changed the catchment area once and are thinking of doing it again, hopefully it won't affect me if they do change it.0
