bought plain haddock fillets today at supermarket. What to do with them?

They were in the sin bin (section where food is sold off cheap on it's sell-by date).
Dh and I eat dinner on our own on Fridays, without our son, after dh's karate lesson.
So please, a nice way to cook haddock fillets (not just with chips).

We normally just bread them and pan fry0

I put mine in a pyrex dish with lid, add a tin of chopped tomatoes with herbs and microwave them for about 5 mins.Easy,healthy and tasty.0
