getting 'affairs in order'

delicate subject really and is this the right forum?

is there a thread on here anywhere to advise on getting your affairs in order? by this I mean:

a, sorting 'bitty' accounts out and having just one or two accounts, maybe just a bill account and another for the usual stuff..

the reason i ask is that just say, for example, something happens to me ( i do all the money, pay bills etc etc, - ) how could i make it easier for people to handle my affairs..

I have the usual Will in place regarding my wishes
but its the other things, i have made a note of all my accounts, utilities, direct debits etc etc..

but i want to simplify things.. for my benefit and for future peace of mind..
