Is anybody an accountant/ affiliate of HMRC or whatever?
What is a P43 form?
I need my employer to send HMRC a 'P43' form to finalise a claim I made I've never heard of this form (probably because it’s for employers!).
Anyway I looked on HMRC website - I couldn't find any information about it!
Is it possible get a pdf of a P43?? So I can take it straight to employer get it filled out, and sorted!

Hi, would it have something to do with this?

According to this P43s are effectively a request to refile a P45

On HMRC I can find the following references to a P43 (T)

If there is a long delay in your employer filing the information or you have any questions I would contact your local tax office for advice.I live in my own little world. But it's okay. They know me here.0 -
Yes, a P43 is the form HMRC issue to an employer where they have not received the P45 after someone leaves. If your employer hasn't received the P43, nothing to stop them issuing a P45 and sending part 1 to HMRC, making sure they destroy the other 3 parts.£705,000 raised by client groups in the past 18 mths :beer:0
