Thanks everyone.

The idea on the website is really good - although I must admit I feel I spend enough time on here at the moment and not enough doing things.

New build seems like a good idea old git - if nothing less than having somewhere small that we could live while the other place is getting fixed up - although things are still up in the air with all the options.

Think I will work on the outside of the property first as that seems easier to deal with right now - and get the garden/vegie patch/orchard going....its the right time of year and it dosent have woodworm or damp!

The outside is the best place to start especially with summer coming in - and it gives the place some kerb appeal
