No worries. I saw that as well and wondered why. But I'm sure an email printout would suffice as proof at the point of entry. I'm sure they'll have our tickets at the gate. I'll be going tomorrow morning so I'll report back when I come home! Have a good time!

Have tickets for tomorrow but just wondered if you got in easily at the door, given that there is no reference number on the email.

We've just got back, there'll be no problems getting in, take a print out of the email and when you go to ticket collection area, get in the Competition winners queue, tell them the name the tickets are reserved under, they'll give you the tickets which have to have your details filled in, then hand them in at the entrance to the exhibition.

Pick up a free Delicious mag from the bins on the left hand side as you enter :j free sample of Ecover at their display area.

you're most welcome! i went today as well and same story.. printout of email at the competition winners queue and they'll find your name in their list and hand over 2 passes. really nice festival! lots of interesting food and drink to sample! came away STUFFED!
