HDUK quote;
Ryanair currently have £2.50 flights no taxes on in Fri 22nd May 09 - Mon 13th Jul 09 booking until 10th May:
http://www.ryanair.com/site/EN/
If you sign up to Entropay then this gives you an instant virtual visa card which you can top up immediately (minimum £10) online. Ryanairs website recognises this card as Visa Electron which means no card admin fee so you really can get flights for £5 return!:
http://www.entropay.com/
Use this website to find the cheapest day to travel. The flight offer only started this morning so Skyscanner prices are not yet 100% up to date but it gives you a rough idea of when the cheapest flight is so you can then go to the Ryanair website:
http://www.skyscanner.net/month
I have used this method to book a flight and it works

If you load £10 it is going to cost you 50P ? Is that right ?
This will get you your flight for £5 return.
If you use another card Ryanair charge you £5 each way ?
Edit - already posted, I took to long searching lol.0 -

Yes as far as im aware its 4.95% fee to top up the entropay, and this then allows you to book flights using a visa electron, meaning you save the £10 booking fee on ryanair.0 -
So if you top up enough to pay for the flight, then you'll be charged 4.95% on the total cost of the flight? For me, that works out at about £8 for 2 people return. Still better than paying £20 RyanAir is currently charging on my card.0

Is this offer still on?
And how can you get a visa electron card from?Use your judgement, and above all, be honest with yourself.
I walk with the world & the world walks with me!I don't make bad choices!!! Other people just fail to see my GENIUS !!!!

The post office do a sterling travel money card thats a visa electron.
Commission is 1.5%, min fee of £3. Best to load it with £200 at this commission rate. Can be used for other purchases but it will save on Ryanair card charges.
err ..... that is while Ryanair allow visa electron as a 'free' payment method, the way I see it is that they could change, introduce or withdraw things as they feel.:j0 -
Halifax do a Visa Electron card that's free to use! I think it's called easy cash or something like that. It's the most basic bank account they have.Northern Ireland club member No 382 :j0
