Is this a CSA1 case? In CSA1, redundancy is classed as income and so therefore CSA can be deducted from it.
CSA2 is different in that it is NOT counted.0 -
Depends on whether it is payment in lieu of notice which is income still.0

if it was to come out of PILON then what i dont understan is as follows..
pilon = notice as in contract 1 week @ max rate of £351.00
so how can they take £950 out of it????
confused . com

How many weeks PILON did you get?0
-
according to company contract states get 1 weeks notice( because after the 13 week lay of i requested it)
so there for 1 week = 351.00 pilon.
pilon is classed as income as some say?
so 350-950= =600??????
thats unless my maths is wrong.
950 is for feb,march,april,may
i recieved no income from work during this time as on reciept of j.a
so in effect company are saying i was still on their books so they owe me 13*351=4563 less 950= 3613.
i would accept that.
