Its a month tomorow since i recived my wem for Tipsy Feet Ballet pumps ,has anyone recived them yet ?? as the email states ..... if there are any problems please if they do not send it out within 28 days of you receiving this letter, please email the pr and copy me in.
would like to no if any of the other winners have got theres befor i mail the PR.

i would give it another week as there have been couple bank holidays but then again a quick email will not do any harm .. well done on you win:)

Yep, I got this email too :rolleyes:
Apart from having all the winners email addresses in (:eek:) it still doesn't leave me very certain as to how to claim this prize.
There are two email addresses given so which one should I use? And what should I say?
It's very poor to have to chase up a prize from a third party if you ask me. I would say that was their job!

i mailed emma from now mag with a copy of the mail i recived this morning explaining about the returned mail from [EMAIL="sancha@aol.com"]sancha@aol.com[/EMAIL], and this is the reply ....

Thank you for your email. I have been liaising with Anna and I asked her to email you stating what the problem was with regards to prize fulfilment, I am very sorry that she emailed you and requested you chase this up.
