Can anyone help?! I have tickets for a gig in the Odyssey but im really confused as to the seating. The tickets are for the East Lower Tier and its an end stage set up, when you look on the website for the seating plan at this layout, east tier isnt mentioned as thats where the stage is.

Has anyone been to any gig at which they have sat in the east tier? I was thinking the seats will either be really good as they are close to the stage and row G or bad as you will be almost looking at the stage side on?

I also have the choice of south lower tier row A door 23, and really confused as to what ones to take!!

Thanks in advance!

I think door 23 is the east and yes it's at the side of the stage.... close but not a great angle. South lower would probably be better if it's seats 1-30

Sorry Honkycat I'm gettin the 2 tickets confused.

    First set is

south lower tier row A enter door 7

    and the other set

East Lower Tier Row G Enter door 23.

I'm really stuck, would be gutted if I picked one and the other was the better!!!

If it was me, I'd go for South lower door 7 deffo. It just depends if you'd mind looking at the stage from the side. I don't think I'd like it.

South Lower seats will be much better.
They will give you a nice clear view of the front of the stage, unlike the East Tier seats which will give a side on view.

Just supporting what everyone else has said, South Lower would be the better option.

South Lower is much better. East 23 is right in the corner (underneath the video screens used by the Giants, if I'm not mistaken)

cooki222 - thats not too bad a seat in the east tier, but sometimes the seats people can get are further on round.
I know this was the case when I went to see Snow Patrol, some people were basically facing the back of the band.
If I had the choice between South Lower and East I would choose South unless I could tell by the seating chart that the seat I would be getting are the ones just beside the end of the north/south tiers.
