where to learn polish/asian/ethnic cooking

Options
I am a good cook..as far as my family is concerned byt i would love to learn more abour polich/indian...actually anything other than the western food we are all used to here in Northern Ireland.
If i could wave my magic wand...I could teach someone how to bake a cake/make proper pancakes/scones etc and in exchange I would love to lear how to make (excuse next phrase)...something foreign...as I love all spicy food and would love to try something different.
I love the asian supermarket in the Ormeau Road and I would dearly love to grab a shopper there take them home and get them to teach me something interesting.

Call me mad...MAD....but is there anyone else that would like to do this, or is there a person in the polish community I can contact to find out through them how to learn more about traditional food?

Any idea welcome....genuine replys:j only please

There are some courses at the Belfast Metropolitan college which I have thought about attending a few times. Not sure if they are any good though. One is geared towards cooking with spices.

There's bound to be some sort of Polish Association in NI - try googling and see what comes up. But I warn you...most Poles probably wouldn't be interested in eating UK food ;)
    From Poland...with love.

    They are (they're)
    sitting on the floor.
    Their
books are lying on the floor.
The books are sitting just there on the floor.

I've found this website to be great for recipies.

    polish recipe section:
    http://www.recipezaar.com/recipes/polish

    Asian receipe section:
    http://www.recipezaar.com/recipes/southern-asia

    Hope it's of some use.

Might be a it late but I saw an advert for Polish Cultural week, its this week:

They might be doing something about cooking during that.
