Are you saying that the unenforceability loopholes should only apply to people who are skint and didn't blow the money on fun things?

No I'm not, I'm saying that it's not as simple as 'you borrowed you pay', there are a lot of gray areas. They shouldn't apply to people who took out credit just to live the high life with no intention of paying back, but that's only a tiny minority.

I believe that it it is a sizeable majority who have just seen a chance to wriggle out of paying. Many of the people with true problems are using debt plans and making all sorts of efforts to sort themselves out. Many chancers are just banging off template letters, or taking on claims companies to take advantage of a badly drafted bit of legeslation.

banks r the work of the devil, they lent out money to people who could never pay it back, then they hound people and many people who r mentaly unfit using bully boy ways etc, sometimes hounding people where they turn to drink r drugs because these sc umbags use every trick in the book to hassel them, when they meet people like me i laugh in there face and enjoy rubbing them up to the fact that they will never get a penny from me :ji believe people like me r giving back to the banks what they deserve.
