Cheaper alternative to Pimm's

Sainsbury's have launched a Pimm's type called Pitchers its on 1/2 price promotion (approx£6) and its great, you cant tell a difference between Pimm's!

I have also found a product called Austins in Aldi which is a Pimm's type but I think Pitchers is closer to the branded option.

I had a look today and Sainsbury's 750ml own brand is more expensive (£15.41 per litre) than original Pimm's is for a litre (£14). Pimm's is not on offer either. Crazy price, and it's not down to the tax as it's only 25% alcohol. I'll be looking for the Aldi one next time I'm there.

Aldi's version is called AUSTIN'S as the Op stated

the tesco version is called jeeves and that was very tasty!

Pimms was £8 (full size 750ml bottle) in my local Lidl the other day. Not sure if the offer is Nationwide or if it's still on but worth a look if you are passing.

The aldi version is perfectly fine and so is sainsburys own version,

It's cheaper but it has a third less alcohol than Pimm's.

Oh know for Archers - I like Icelands, slightly less alcohol but really tasty.

I've never bought Pimms from a supermarket before, only ever got it from wetherspoons lol
