Balloons - pick and mix?! where to buy

Hi All,
Somehow I now realise I've been left with organising all of the 'party' stuff for my Dad's birthday!
I'm looking for some nice balloons, just the latex ones not foil or helium, ones that we blow up ourselves. Nice colours, the metallic or pearl ones are good, or even ones with nice designs on them. Haven't quite decided if we're going to have only a couple of colours or lots of colours. Sort of sophisticated balloons if such exist!
Is there a good 'balloon' shop anywhere in N.Ireland?! (though preferably the Down area) Or online... Somewhere that doesn't sell packs of 100 balloons! (or have expensive postage!) I don't need a huge amount as they are only for home. Is there such a thing as a pick-and-mix balloon shop?!

Try ebay - they have LOADS and lots with quick postage - I bought some recently for birthday party and they arrived next day! Failing that, balloon shop on Belmont Road in Belfast or there is a new Party shop inside Matalan on Boucher Road, WH Smiths have them, so do Easons?Feel free to thank me, it makes my toes tingle and my ears go warm :T0

Burning Desires Portadown - althought the site has more 'BIG' events showing, the selection in store is very good and they are very helpful, alternatively Tesco would be a great bet!
