Vivitar 3MP Camera Woolies £39.99

I expect most people have seen the offer in todays paper that this camera is now half price.
I have just been into woolies to have a look at it - it looks pretty ok to me but obviously only 16mb, but they also showed me a 5MP Medion camera that was new in for £59.99 with 32mb memory and you can buy a 128mb card for £9.99 with this one. The medion is slightly smaller than the vivitar but doesnt have a viewfinder, just a screen.
Does anyone have any knowledge/experience/recommend any of these?
