Hi, found the bankaction website after tv show this morning,
am having dire problems with Abbey National and their shocking charges, so would like to seek some support in resolving this.
posted a topic on bankaction website and got directed to this forum for help.
problem is, im completely new to this, and just wondered what to do next? any ideas?

I'm still reasonably new and I'm sure the big boys (or girls!) will be here soon, but if you post on mortgage and endowments in the main chat forum list you may have more success. Post your problem out for people to see, and you may get a response. Presumably your problem is with bank charges, this thread will take you directly to a thread about just such a problem! http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=115112&highlight=charges I think its under budgeting and current a/c's. You could always post there.

It is a little strange finding your way about, I use the search facility at the top of the main chat forum page to find things that I have lost!
