Thinking of building a sunroom

Can anyone recommend a reliable supplier for a sunroom in East Belfast/North Down. I did have Fortis out and they gave me a quote of 14K for a 10x10 internal area. They never posted the information though so I'm looking for a few other quotes.

Also do you reckon 10x10 is a good size area for a sun room (the hosue is approx 1500 sq feet).?

sorry I dont actually no of anyone as Ive never needed anyone like that - but have you tried looking at yell.com I advertise there with my company and seem to always get a good response plus means you can type in exactly what you want and where you need it!

good luck for finding the sun in NI once you get it built hehe

We've just had a 13x10 sunroom built for approx £12,500. Are you talking about a conservatory type sunroom with a plastic roof or tiled roof?

yes ours is tiled, with a hip roof. I'll pm you the builders details if you want? He did a very good job.

Did you guys pay them upfront ? I got quote from 3-4 companies and all of them want at least 3K in advance
