Hi i am looking to remorgage anyone know of any 5 year fixed deals. At the moment on the svr at 4.75%.:confused:

    You'd need to go to the main mortgages board for that. It depends on your LTV what kind of rate you could get. 5 year fixes are around 4.5 - 5% for 75% LTV iirc.
