Britax Duo Isofix Carseat

Hi,
I am looking to buy a Britax Duo Isofix carseat & they are very expensive, I was wondering if anyone had seen a cheap one anywhere. The best I have found is Mothercare.com £169.99. I have looked on kiddicare & toys r us - there is a cheaper one on kiddicare but material is not nice & as I plan to have it for the next 3-4 yrs I want one I like!
Hope you can help me!!

I was inthe same position 14 months ago, we have a car that takes Isofix so I thought great.

well I found the same as you, the range is pretty poor and after speaking to a very knowledgebale guy at halfords, he said that they were a new concept and in his opinion too expensive, until off course more companies started making them.

Doesnt look like things have changed yet.

We went for the Britax First class instead, it is a seat that is not transportable out of the car, but much more sturdy that the rocka tot type ones.

also it is rear facing up to a certain weight then forward facing so it can last for quite a few years,

Depending how quick the little bub grows that is :)
