Starting a new business - Investment / Loan needed - Advice please

As someone who started several businesses and subsequently saw all but 2 of them fail, I can assure you that nothing is guaranteed. Particularly the profits you may think you are going to make.
An investor or bank will only consider you, in my opinion, if you have sales history there already. Do you have any or is this a completely new business? DO you have any experience in fields similar to this?
Lastly, if this is what you want to do, then do it, you will find a way. Nobody could convince me that starting a business was a bad idea, and it paid off in the end.
