Hi
Unless you go to court, it is for them to accept what you tell them.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -

Yes, they'll be awkward - afraid I can't suggest much to help, but in my experience they'll simply ignore/deny receiving anything you send until they receive their form and the info they'd ask for - I've been in the same situation.DFW Nerd no. 884 - Proud to [strike]be dealing with[/strike] have dealt with my debts0

I have had the same issues, I told them I wasn't sending any wage slips etc, they are now simply ignoring me and applying there £12 fees, they will do nothing to help at all. I am now paying them nothing until they transfer to a collection agency, maybe they will be more helpfulThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. I had one of our Capital One accounts (DH and I had one each) handed over to Fredrickson International recently - they're much nicer to deal with - agreed a payment plan over the phone, appear to have accepted my own SOA without the need for supporting evidence, and most importantly there are no more interest or charges - they even have a payment card you can use at the post office so no DDs or SOs - about the best of all the creditors to deal with - which is amazing considering they're tied to the worst (took over a year to get passed over though).DFW Nerd no. 884 - Proud to [strike]be dealing with[/strike] have dealt with my debts0

we had problems with them including their staff threatening us over the phone if we didnt supply bank statements and pay slips. They kept saying that if we didnt send them to them they would apply back interest and charges and add interest on the account from then on, we said fine we will stop paying anything and you can take us to court. We stuck to our guns and got a letter from a money advisor at the CAB to tell them that they are not legally entitled to this info they then stopped trying it on and accepted the next 6 months worth of agreement. We then went throough it again when we updated at 6 months but now nearly 3 years in on a self administered DMP they seem to have accepted things. I would say only deal with them in writing.0

These people really are scum. I am getting at least 12 calls per day, They have just phoned again and I got put through to an account manager who will not do anything to help until I supply a bank statement and wage slips. I told them I wanted the calls to stop, they said no they will not stop, I told them I will report them as this is harrasment, I mean these calls start from 9am right through to 9pm. Sorry to hijack this thread but what do I do?This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
