What Do You Do Then

hi, i have a quistion ive been paying my debts off slowly for 2 years and i have got about another 2 to go ive dealt with all sorts from rude stroppy phone calls to silly letters threatening all sorts, ive entered in to repayments with all but 1and, i pay another a token payment as i dispute the full ammount i deal with the odd dca via standing order and had no probs with them but will not deal with rude aggressive dca ,i go straight back to the creditor and remind them they are reasponsible for there collectors actions, now what do you do if the dca or the creditor wont agree anything with you ignore your letters ,and phone calls deteriate to the point where the cccs and cab say just hang up (there happy to accept unrealistic repayments ) and one debt has gone to a debt buyer ive sent them the relevent letters as advised ..interest did seem to have been stopped on all debts ...does one just sit back and wait for it to go to court ? infact how can you deal if they will not ? all help welcome

    Hi
If I was you would let them take me to court as you can then get 'Time to pay'
which is very likely to be accepted by the court

I don't think you have a choice, keep copies of everthing you sent, proof of posting, date and time of phone calls which idiot sorry person you spoke to. If you can keep making the token payments. I would hope the courts would take a dim view of the creditors actions, if they even bother taking you to court in the first place.
