    Ninety pervcent of SDs are just designed to freak out the person receiving them, but 1st credit are under special measures which means they should not be usig them unless they really mean business.

    And can you go round the house and try and find the default notices for these cards, please. You do not have a lot of time and it may be possible to halt them in their tracks.

    what do you mean by default cards, ? i have kept all letters from them.

    its so hard isnt it :confused:

    you need to contact one of the debt charities in the morning. Definitely speak to NDl but in your situation Christians Against Poverty might be very useful.

    Since you keep all letters, please find the default letters and send a pm to 10past6. it may be that those letters do not meet the legal requirements.

    will try and find this thread tomorrow and see how you are doing but am very busy at the moment.
