I am hoping that someone could help me with my understanding of unfair charges!
Under the reclaiming guidelines, can you reclaim charges that have been made to a mortgage account for 'missed payment charges'. They are the same as bank charges in the region of £30.00 a time. Does this mean they too are unfair????
Any advise would be welcome.
