Hi all just to say Re ACMs. My local store which I went into 3 different days last week and each time the machine was out of order. I went to another store 22 miles away and this was working YIPPEE but only offering points on spend, competition which said "sorry not available at this time" and 50 points WYB Soltan. This was on mines, my DD and DH. Every card had the same offers BOO. HTH

Anyone tried Mimi's flirting with the SA's technique, lol! Don't think it will work for us ladies Mimi. :)

I suggest you use flirting on the young bloke SA's, should work a treat. Don't forget to put lip balm on and make yourself look uber gorge (which I am sure you do anyway!). And don't forget to take loads of vouchers! If they put them through, might as well use all of them at once. Go you go!

I had a good shop yessterday but firstly who can tell me what cheap bargains we can use the £5 facial voucher on please? I used two yesterday and got two of the boots range moisturisers for 86p each but Id like some different products with my other vouchers?

As for my shop I got a 200points off when buying frames/photo albums not going to try that somewhere else. Shop was in Ashford and didnt see much reduced stuff anywhere :(

I got NC strawberry bath pearls reduced down to 63p (normal NC shelf) so got two of them along with two body sprays. So just over £5 and got 250 points (will be getting some more next time i go as I love NC strawberry stuff:T).

Umberto Giannini hair products are in 3 4 2 but didnt have the mousse i used so i got two mini gels and a curl spray ive not tried before so 3 for £3.12.

Then mens deodarants were reduced down to 50p (normal shelf) so got two of them but they werent the ones with the points and other offers on them :( . then their expert range is but 1 get 1 half price. so i found mens body wash for 75p so got two for £1.13 :T.

Oh and I got two moisturisers with the £5 off as mentioned above so were 86pence each.

Didnt get to use my mini mode vouchers now i have them as really not anything there so fingers crossed i find some clothes in my next visit.

Hi Westy - I've noticed alot of 'out of action' ACM's recently. I wonder if they are having lots of problems with them. Might be time to update them and get new ones in.
:hello: It's been like that in my regular haunts too. SA said it was because they'd had a glut of people printing of hundreds of competition entries in one go!!!

    Hallo folks,
Was in Aberdeen Garthdee store yesterday, pretty pants to be honest! But I did get an Elle Best Collection bag for £2.49. Marked down SEL.
It says that it's a mini travel collection on the front and has 4 50ml tubes inside. Pretty good for the money.
    Not much else there though.

Since when did any of us pop in to Boots, just because we needed something.:o :p;):D
Glad you are feeling up to a Bootsing trip though. Go get those bargains.:)
Anyone had any new ACM vouchers lately?

I went the other day because I needed batteries. I got very slightly distracted and bought fridge magnet photo frames.
I wonder now if those would have been BOGOF. I only bought one pack.
I did have a friend in the car waiting to go home though. lol

  • Just back from a lunchtime trip to Boots Bolton Town Centre where I picked up a couple of tubes of the S&G Spa Peaches and Clean scrub for £1.63. They aren't priced on the shelf but I got them price checked and they went through at that price. There was about 10 left on the shelf. There was also a SEL for a 500ml S&G Spa Body Wash (sorry can't remember the name) for about £1:50 but the shelf was bare. They also had the NC Wild Strawberry bath pearls but I grabbed the last 2 of these.

I picked up the Hayfever survival kit when I bought some Beconase and it contained:-
    Packet of tissues
    Soltan sachet
    2x Breathe Right strips
Voucher for Triple Points on Soltan between 6/5/09 and 30/6/09 (not valid on self tan or Aftersun)
Voucher for 15% off Haymax balm

Not the most thrilling of freebies but handy if you are buying hayfever remedies anyway and the Soltan voucher may be handy. :D
