am i better off getting the proper one or one of the cheaper ones ? bare in mind her does have really dry skin and diabetic and size 11 feet haha
Who is "her"? And why is it "lol" if your Dad, who is diabetic, asks you to get him one? And what is "haha" ish if you have dry skin and diabetes?
Don't you see how offensive that post can be to someone suffering with diabetes? Or even dry feet? I can't recall anyone making a funny comment about the OPs son who had such a dreadful experience with baby wipes.
Everyone was just concerned, both for her son and for any Little One who might have been affected in the same way.0 -
I found a Braun Epilator on the reduced shelf yesterday.:j
It was marked down to £34.99, then £20, then £15 on a scruffy reduced label.
When I got to the till it took 1/3 off, so only £10 to pay.
This discount also worked on the Braun 8500 toothbrush, reduced to £10, paid £5 as it is currently on a half price promotion.
Worth checking the shelves for!;)0 -
don't mind a day out. Something different to do and doesn't Beckton have other clearance shops like Next. And isn't it east london ?Nice food shops... hmm yummy.
If you get DLR to Beckton Rail, come out, turn right, walk for 5/ten mins
Walk past first standard retail park
Hit main rd and turn right

Ah well, yet again we have failed to win the ESC. Bring back "Sing Little Birdie" with Pearl Carr and Teddy Johnson - anyone know if they're still around?
Off to bed now - after I've watched the News to see if there are any more MP problems. I'm just waiting to see if anyone has claimed for Sumptuous Bath Soak!!
xx
My son decided he'd be very happy if UK were even on the left side of the board by the end of the night.
Sad to say I remember Sing Little Birdie, by Pearl Carr and Teddy Johnson. Were they the year before or after The Allison's with "Are You Sure?"
Re Gorgeous Feet products. I could do with something. My feet are aching. DD dragged me round loads of shops today looking at dresses. Mind you we went to several Boots too. Managed to get a few Total Effects @86p after voucher. In one store they had dozens of Med Almond and Pistachio body butter (mini) @ 20p!! We are visiting my sister next weekend so I bought one for each of the ladies who will be there.
I also found NC Vanilla Bath Fizzer for 49p, Med Thyme milk and lemon Bath cream @ 20p and E45 body milk @ 50p0 -
On topic-
E45 enless moisture on clearnace today at £1.70 for a 200ml bottle (should be about £3.50), went through the til at £1.13, I'm guessing a thitd off but didn't see any signs to say E45 on offer.
I'v got a free holiday, free suncream from the freebies thread and cheap E45 for aftersun, I'm a happy bunny today.
Enjoy what's left of the weekend everyone
Karen, this may be the E45 I got at Fort Kinaird for 50p0 -

The Allisons had those funny hair styles didn't they? And wore blazer-type cardigans and ties! Are you sure you won't be so-o-rry, come tomorrow, you won't wanna me ...........
I think after Pearl & Teddy, it was Brother Brian singing "Looking High High High, Looking Low, Low, Low"!!
Good luck with the ol' Ped Egg. I'm too tired to sleep now. I shall have to try to nod off after reading one of my new books (twas my birthday a few days ago).
Do I go for "Boris - His Story" or Cathy Kelly? Decisions, decisions! Nice to see you on here again.

HI Everyone
I'm not an expert like some of you Bootsers as I'm just new to all this but having read some of your posts I thought I'd give it a try. Used the machine at MetroCentre Boots and got a 2 of the magic 3. Peel thing didn't appeal to me but got the hghlight powder, there were lots of N0 7 things reduced on the clearence stand so managed to get 2 lovely foudations and the hightlight powder for just £2 because of the 3 for 2 offer! As I bought other things as well I got a £5 voucher. Wow. Tried to print another of those vouchers to get the same again but when I put my card in the voucher had gone. daughter tried her card but she didn't have nor did other half!
Well like I said not much compared to you clever people, but great for a first attempt.
Am really addicted now so hope nothing hapens to this forum over all the funny stuff which seems to be going on.0 -
For those of you who (like me) registered for the free prescription service with a points sign up last time around there is the possibility you might be able to do it again with current mag voucher. I went in a few weeks ago to actually use the service, but because I hadn't used it since signing up they had got rid of my details. I think they clear out everyones details if they haven't used the service within a couple of months of signing up.
So I might give it a go on monday, will let you know if I get the points!2015 wins: Jan: Leeds Castle tickets; Feb: Kindle Fire, Years supply Ricola March: £50 Sports Direct voucher April: DSLR camera June: £500 Bingo July: £50 co-op voucher0
