I nearly had a good shop today. I found more UG and KOS on clearance, but the mean SA would not accept my vouchers for either:rolleyes: She said "you can't use them on clearance items". The KOS voucher does have exclusions, but the haircare one doesn't

I pointed this out, but she told me it is their policy not to accept vouchers on clearance items. I replied "you mean your stores policy?, because I have not had trouble using them on clearance items in any other store" I've even used them in her store, but I didn't mention this as I don't want to get the other SA in trouble. Then she accused me of photocopying the KOS vouchers. Silly moo:rolleyes:

All the haircare items with reduced SEL's have been wiped out. However, I did various OLAY, GARNIER, NUETROGENA, BIORE and glam ladies skincare items with clearance and reduced SEL's. Shame they are not doing the SKINCARE till spit at the moment! HTH.

Sally06 - the Botanics skincare is on BOGOHP as well, so this works on the reduced items, :j I got 2 x face wash for £2.94

Handed over ACM 250 points WYS £25 or more, 200 points WYS £20 mailing, 200 points WYB Botanics shampoo and conditioner together mailing and 4 Hairies.
Paid £20.41 earned another Hairy.
Noticed when I checked receipt after leaving shop that only the Botanics 200 points went on, so went back and spoke to a young SA who said that I hadnt spent enough blah blah and she didnt have the authority anyway to override the till and I would have to see the SA who served me and get some other stuff to make it up to £25. Fair enough. Waited about 10 mins hanging round the tills like a suspicious thing waiting on the SA who srved me when another SA asked if she could help. Explained it to her and she said "is it just the points you want put on, I could do that". Result. So she added the 450 points no problem. Thanked her profusely and skeddadled out the shop. HTHs

hiya:) I couldn't even get a look in, as lots of peeps were grabbing stuff off the shelves. I just gave up in the end. I did however find some reduced botanics hair serums on clearance last week and BOGOHP kicked in:jI think I paid about £1.20 for both and they are nearly £4 each usually:D

had to quickly nip to southport boots yesterday ( seriously only went to get hair grips for the big day!;)) anyway on my way to the hair aisle I stumbled across this - over by the perfumes they had a big stand with perfume sets reduced on it - this one was £9.99 http://www.boots.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10052&productId=35251&callingViewName=&langId=-1&catalogId=11051 -it had perfume and body lotion in it, am not sure if the £5 fragrance voucher is still in date but Givenchy is one of the brands it can be used on so possibly you could get this for £4.99??? upstairs they were further reducing the clearance shelf and they had loads of the busbi digital photo frames for £4.90 - about 15 on shelf;)
