    Hi there,

Can you explain the magic ACM voucher please?

    TIA

Nothing magic about it. I told you all the other day that when a chap puts his acm card in the machine, it lets him print out a 100 POINTS WHEN YOU BUY ANY MENS EXPERT ITEM. However, it actually adds 200 points on. All the new Mens Expert items are roughly £3.50+, but the old style (white background) were all on clearance at about 50p a month ago. There are still some dotted around at certain stores. Check the clearance sections. Also, I got my mailing vouchers through, and had a 200 points when you buy any mens expert item. So I used mailing and acm voucher, spent 50p and got 400 points for it. How coolio is that?

As a few people have pointed out, the news of the world on sunday has a £5 off wys £30 at boots, valid sunday 28th june to saturday 4th july.

If that grazia voucher for sanctuary scrub was anything to go by, we might be able to do well with this too ;) fair enough its a biggish spend, but i wonder whether the till will still apply the £5 off if you scan the voucher before it takes off other discounts, like the hair loss spray voucher is doing. In which case, we could spend £30, minus a few other discounts and then the £5 off and part with less than £25 cash.

Also, if the till recognises it as a boots coupon we might still get points for the £5 that is deducted. This might mean the acm vouchers for extra points wys £30 would also work even though you are paying less than £30 cash.

Just a few ideas there, no doubt someone else on here will mastermind another amazing plan for us all :D

I wont be in boots for a few days, but ill definitely give a few of my ideas a go and let you know if anything works. HTH, and good luck to anyone else who is brave enough to give it a try.
I enjoy money-saving and am slowly entering the world of online earnings - aiming to pay for Christmas 2015 from extra income earned in 2015.
    So far: Bubblews £16.19 . Swagbucks £25, Neobux £1.29, Clixsense -.
Freebies/wins 2015: 2 x Convent Garden soup boosters, mini L'Oreal foundation, LG smartphone, mini Clinique face wash.

oooh sorry nearly forgot they have a few baby toys on clearance upstairs - right next to the ACM machine and then over to the right of the photo till ( as you are lookin at it infront of you) is a new clearance stand with lots of baby clearance ( new stuff, like packs of bottles and monitors etc) normal clearance shelf has now been moved downstairs to infront of the door bu nothing on it worth having:o

    Hi MK.
I am wondering if the current ACM voucher for the free Expert Hair item
and the £5 off wyb R&M plus No7 Acm vouchers if you have them, could be used along with this £5 off from NOTW.

    An example might be
Expert Hair should be £9.99 but now £6.66
2 x Expert Anti blemish/ or Anti redness £4.99 each but now 2 for £4
1 x R&M item lets say £10 (example only you may find cheaper items)
Then anything from the No7 range if you have either the £5 off or £2 off Acm vouchers! for another £9.50/ £10.00

Total should show as just over/ around £30.
First scan the newspaper voucher to get £5 off = £25 ish to pay.
Then free Expert Acm voucher = £15 ish to pay
    Then £5 off R&M = £10 ish to pay
    Then £5 off No7 = £5 ish to pay
If you also have the £2 off No7, it will leave you with just £3.xx to pay.

But its just an idea, so won't know if this works unless some one tries it out. :)

Thanks! I'll stay at home and get on with the things Im supposed to be doing rather than wasting the petrol in to town which I was going to do to visit Mr B to see if there was anything decent in clearance! I dont have any vouchers I would use in the ACM - got one thats for a 100 points for something but cant remember what - did look but there was nothing i would have bought in that range and one for 500points when I spend 50quid online. Dont have anything I need to spend £50 on! When do the vouchers in the ACM change?

Took my husbands repeat prescription into Boots today and signed him up for the prescription service. Just doing this added 1000 points to his card also used the H & B 500 point coupon when you sign up tp the prescripion service so he got 1500points. I was pleased ;).

    Hope this helps someone.

If the original price is £1.95, you would need to buy 3 for the glitch to work. I was going to get this myself yesterday, but then I realised my spend would be too low.

Tried again this afternoon with 3 dry shampoos @ £1.30 each and a thining hair spray but till beeped at voucher and when SA called supervisor over she just voided the cost of the thining hair spray so I ended up paying £3.90 for the 3 dry shampoos. Has anyone succesfuly purchased a dry shampoo as part of this glitch?

Did get the 17 gwp though with a reduced eye shadow and lip gloss spend of £2.50.
