I don't understand how you managed to pay so little for the hair stuff, didn't you still have to pay £3.60 for the 2 shampoos to get the free spray?
I'm confused!!
you will soon get the hang of it hun:) See balletshoes post:D0 -
you don't actually need to spend £5 on expert WYB expert shampoos and conditioners for the ACM voucher to work;) I had great fun with these vouchers today:DThis is what I bought:
boots expert dry scalp shampoo, was £2.93, now £1.95
boots expert anti-d shampoo, was £2.49, now £1.65
boots expert spray, was £9.99, now £6.65
Total to pay after I handed over ACM voucher for free spray: 26p:T
I did this 4 times:T
boots expert dry scalp shampoo, was £2.93, now £1.95
boots expert dry scalp conditioner, was £2.93, now £1.95
boots expert spray, was £9.99, now £6.65
Total to pay after I handed over ACM voucher for free spray: 56p:T
I did this 4 times:T
I also got 4 x KOS face wash, reduced to 98p and BOGOHP, I used KOS vouchers and paid 0.00:T
I don't need the free expert spray (not just yet anyway) so I am going to donate most of it to an old peoples home or a womens refuge. or a charity shop. Does anyone know if a charity shop would accept these?
They might use it as a filler.0 -
does anyone know of any extra points with an online purchase? I got offered one from the acm but didn't print it as i didn't think i'd need it grr0

Hi I knew it was 4 points per pound, just hoped like other things that it recognised the before voucher spend. Used it mainly to let boots 'log' that I was buying things there, dont know whether it does that, or whether it just looks at the amount of points you earn if that makes sense to anyonemay only be me that knows what im going on about - wouldnt be the first time!:rotfl:

I think the card logs everything you buy, Mr B can see a record of everything you've bought when you've used your card ( no personal experience, but vaguely recall stories on here of that being the case!)
btw,
not much in the way of reduced haircare in Brent X.(London)
Greenford (London) has the reduced haircare on the clearance shelves (on the right hand side of the store, halfway down ) not much left, but they may restock as plenty of crates hanging around
Reduced 17 but no GWP's
The expert hair loss voucher beeps in Greenford, tried lots of different combos but SA could not get it to work even with a 'legit' £5 spend,0 -

balletshoes wrote: »No, because the acm voucher for the hair loss spray still takes £9.99 off the cost of your shopping, even though the actual cost of the hair loss spray is only £6.66 at the moment.
So £1.95 plus £1.65 for your normal hair products = £3.60, then you get £3.33 deducted from that when you use the acm voucher (£9.99 worth on acm voucher, minus £6.66 that is actually being charged for the spray at the moment).
Does that make it any clearer? I'm going to have to take a calculator with me on my next Bootsing trip I think.
Thanks for the explanation - that's so clever!!:T0
