so you get 50% off?? That should take it down to about the normal price of a meal in a nice restaurant.

When I used the motorway, I never used the services, just turn off and found a nice little cafe and save 90%!!!:)

I think they're well worth 50% off. Little Chef's are so convenient ... OK not the best or cheapest restaurants, but they do a damn good breakfast and that's good enough for me. ;D

We got stuck on the A74 over Xmas and had the misfortune of having to eat at Little chef Cumbria branch.
It was Sooo expensive and we all felt nauseous at the food :-X The place was dirty, with the waitress wiping a sticky mess off the table AFTER getting us to sit at it.....NICE!!
It was the most expensive 'crap food' i have ever had. Even my hubby (who eats anything!!) hated it.
I am going to write to them & complain.

I wish i'd had the voucher though, it would have eased the pain of the experience

My local pub has been running a match the voucher promotion - this came in a treat for the works christmas meal - 6 of us, should have cost £60 and instead cost us £30 (we didn't dare try to get the drinks at 50% too as think this would be taking the rip a bit too much
