Selling property on t'internet

Hi Everyone

I'm looking to try and sell my property online. I've done a google and other research and as per usual there are loads of options.

Does anyone recommend/have any experience of this?

Thanks

Good morning: We have just sold our house on https://www.housenetwork.co.uk .We exchanged last week and are due to complete at the end of the month. We also used an online conveyancer https://www.legalmove.co.uk. V.V. pleased with the service provided by both and we saved ourselves £4000.00 in fees!!!

Best wishes for a speedy sale.

Ive heard on a number of message boards people rate littlehousecompany.co.uk

Ive not used them apart from to browse looking for somewhere to live, and I must say things turn from available to sold on there pretty quickly.
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind

I just put a £10 discount code for Little House Company in the codes section. Go get it!

We have just put ours up with housenetwork - it has only been a week. They came and took photos etc last Saturday, it was live on their website by Monday night and on Rightmove by Wednesday. We have been really impressed with them, however, had no viewings yet. It is great to go into your housenetwork account and see how many people have viewed your house. So far we have had 22 hits.

Our next door neighbour is up for sale with the local estate agent so we figured they could pull people in to look at that one and then they would see ours too. It is slow moving where we are so not sure how long it will take.
