Tribunal timeframe

Hi
I have a date for the end of May for a Tribunal hearing. That's only three weeks away.
I thought that I would have had to supply bank/credit card statements-nothing as yet. Does this mean that I will not have to supply anything?

Not necessarily, they may ask you to produce it at the hearing and adjourn to allow you to get it and send it in. You could, to avoid wasting time, take it with you!0

take file with copies of all correspondence, wage slips and anything appertaining to the claim. that way you will be forearmed. The paperwork you received with the notification of the tribunal should advise you what you need to take. If this has gone as far as a tribunal you should have lots of paperwork, unless you have filed it in the bin. R u the one applying for the tribunal or are you the other party?0

It has in the past been our experience that it is better to send your deocumentation in prior to the Tribunal, then at least all parties have the chance to peruse the info before the Tribunal, so that everything is out in the open and can be discussed at Tribunal.
We also have a Tribunal on the horizon, but we are planning to send everything in advance to TRibunal, would hate for things to be adjourned - on our behlaf anyway - as attending once is stressful enough. If you truly have nothing to hide, send all of your evidence/documents, that's my advice anyway, unless of course there are things you hope they might not ask for, or on production at Tribunal may not analyse properly, it's up to you.
It has also been our experience that the Tribunal formally request documents where they are not supplied automatically, so they are cutting it a bit fine if you are to have a fair trial0 -
Thank you all for your replies.
I am the NRP and the Tribunal has been requested by my ex.
I think my case is quite complex and other than the basic statements etc not sure what else to provide. It would not surprise me if the hearing was adjourned.
I will take along what I think may be useful for the hearing.
Thanks.
