Says it all in the title really.. how do you cook them? The ones I bought came in a clear bag with no instructions :rolleyes:

I shallow fry mine to colour them and then finish them off in the oven that way I don't have to worry while I am concentrating on the rice and the stir fry at the same time HTHBlessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light

I ping mine in the microwave for between 10 and 20 seconds depending on how many there are. HTHAnywhere is within walking distance - if you have the time!!0
