Therefore I don't understand why you are getting an error message. I have passed on your query and someone will be in touch with you

hi just wondering if someone can help me with strongbow comp

i entred last night via web link had message saying to reply with the word YES to conifrm i entred the comp replied then had text saying thankyou for entering then today had another texting asking me to reply iwth the word YES which i did but have now had a text back saying sorry the key word was not recongnised so i thought maybe i needed to text the the word EARNED but when i try to send it it keeps failing, it isnt my phone as i can text all other numbers.
