    No it's a fair question. The picture in the newspaper shows various colours and mentions that they're available in more than 30 different shades, but unfortunately the comp doesn't state what colour/s will be sent out and it doesn't give you the option of choosing which shade you'd prefer....

    To all you young artists out there, why not enter our competition and win £100 of HMV vouchers - HQ Local Policing are launching a competition to design a new Neighbourhood Watch Mascot, as part of the National Neighbourhood Watch Week.

    Entrants should be under 21 years of age
    The new Mascot needs to help us promote Neighbourhood Watch, keeping neighbourhoods safe, etc.
    The new Mascot MUST include the Neighbourhood Watch logo
