Renting out parking spaces on my garden - anybody got any experience of this - good and bad ?
Yellow lines have appeared in our small development and some people especially with 2 or more cars are starting to ask if they can park on my front lawn
would not be to pretty a site but if we can get some recompense for having to look at a row of other peoples cars from our window - income is income !

Seems like a good idea but you'd need to work out the ins and outs of it all first.
