    No - Tracy Jones from London SW1 is a fictious character ....to avoid any confusion, Tracy was made up just like many so called 'winners' from these competitions - the sooner everyone realises that the quicker these companies will go bust...but then again someone will probably post a reply saying that they have one but these will be usually from legit opertaions...
