Asda Shopping not delivered but charged

My asda shopping was due to be delivered this morning but it didnt show up when i have called up they have said it was signed for but not by me. Where do i stand as they haven taken my money but i have no shopping!!

surely you should be able to ask to see proof of signature. Ring up asda home shopping and complain

I woul definatley phone up and try to find out more information as surely it would have gone to your address?
Do you live in a block of flats or with other people?
