Never heard or seen of a woodcutting auger of that size, biggest expansion bit I ever saw was only 3" .
I doubt very much if you will find one and the friction it creates would be imense, you would need a huge air or hydraulic drill to get the power to run that at the low revs it would need as doubt there is an electric tool powerfull enough .
Your only chance would be an old hand auger with the ring at the top to put a large bar or tube through !

The only thing I can think of would be a diamond core drill which are available but how it would cut in wood I do not know, would think you would need a water feed to stop the timber burning !

Sorry, can't help but if the picture shows a 6" diameter drill I reckon it must be about 5 feet long ?0

I know - if the picture is six inches diameter I make it about five feet long - just look at it. (What I really meant is I doubt this is a picture of a bit which is anywhere near 6 inches diameter)
Anyway, hope you find one0 -
You can get dumpy bits Six inches by 18inches for a pillar drill..

What is it that you want to do?
You could use a holesaw bit, but it would only cut a hole in about 1 1/2" thick wood.
