I've been scouring the free-ads, freecycle, etc for a free double mattress but most of them you wouldn't let your dog sleep on :rolleyes: !
Does anyone know where I could get a free double mattress that is in good quality, firm, not lumpy and free from any bad smells or stains?

People dont give away free mattresses if they are actually decent. The only free ones are for the dogs. You get what you pay for in a mattress, you dont spend a hell of alot of your time on it - its something to invest in.0
