Suing a business in Pakistan

Hi All
I couldn't find anywhere suitable for this question, so hopefully it's OK to post here.
I need to find out how to sue a business in Pakistan that has done some work for me but not completed it, and now appears to be ignoring my messages and calls.
I don't really want to get into the nitty gritty here, as I think it's a specialised area that needs a legal expert, but if anyone can point me to any resources or information to get me started, I'd be grateful. I've tried Googling but nearly 2 hours later I'm no better off.
Cheers
Dave

Hi
Sorry to bump this... I wouldn't do normally, but I'm getting desperate.
Does anyone know of any solicitors that might know of or do this sort of work? Even if someone has some pointers to general information on suing businesses abroad...
Cheers

I'm not sure about this thread, so I will ask the MSE Forum Team to have a look at it.
Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: This subject is something of a grey area where the law is concerned. Please refrain from discussing it on this forum simply because it being here may threaten the future of the site and we don’t have the resources to legally protest it(please see this rule). If you have any questions about this policy please email abuse@moneysavingexpert.com.

If I were you, I would contact UK Trade & Investment - a joint DTI/FCO Government department responsible for encouraging inward investors and UK exporters.
They have market desks who can signpost you to the appropriate contact in the market. Their website is https://www.uktradeinvest.gov.uk. Or call Bipasha Mondal on the Pakistan Desk on 020 7215 8082 and he can discuss what your options are. He may refer you to the British Embassy/Consulate in the market though as they will have a list of legal representatives.

Thanks Nile for looking at this... I've looked at the rule you referenced, and I can't see anything in my post that contravenes the rule. I'm simply asking whether any of the thousands of other members have any pointers to useful information resources. I deliberately put that I didn't want to discuss the intricasies as that's best left to the experts.
That said, the work they were supposed to do is for an application that is completely legal in the UK (and would have been a commercial product sold to businesses and local councils). Nile, I've PM'd you with the details of the website showing the application use... I'm sure you'll realise it isn't anything naughty!
Thanks also to SVM... it certainly looks like a good place to start.
If anyone else has any further suggestions, maybe they could PM me rather than posting on the forum... (but Nile please advise if that's not allowed either).
Cheers
