Does anyone know where I can get a game card for nintendo DS which has loads of games already on it?

No, 'tis illegal.
However you could buy a memory card and an acekard (or dstt or cyclos) seperately

Not illegal to own. Theres tons of homebrew software that you can use on the DS.
You can also use it to look at pics etc.
Of course, it is illegal to copy pirated games onto them.
However, I can supply cartridges with 2Gb storage for £20. What you put on them afterwards is up to you.0
