I love the ones from the Asda been taking them for a month now and my normal bendy nails are strong so I cannot believe it, my hair not really seen a difference yet but just though I would reccomend them £4 for 2 boxes which will last 2 months. Had Holland and Barret ones before these but had to take 3 a day that is too much work for me!
Any other vitamins that anyone would reccomend??

oo i have really bad thin week nails, they are a night mare..i then gave up attempting to make them look nice so i now have acrylics put over them..but because they are so week i get lifting which means i have to have them done every 2 weeks in order to keep them on and not get a full set every 2 weeks....so i may try these thanks for letting me know...also let me know what happens with your hair if you notice any changes0

I also bought the skin, nails and hair tablets and the Evening Primrose ones on the 2 for £4 offer, only tried the evening primrose just to make sure I knew which one was working but it made no difference, so recently started to use it on my face and it's fantastic!
Will now try the skin, nails and hair to see if this works..0
