Yeah ok - I know these "fresh water pearls" are a lot cheaper than the real thing.
But my wife isn't bothered - she just loves how a string or two of these little milky white beads catches the light and makes her neck glisten.

Finally got a slow cooker. Bought the Tesco own brand one which was marked as £16 in the catalogue. I bought some other items and with the £5 off from scanning the catalogue, effectively got this for £11. Still dearer that the Wahl unit and smaller, but big enough for me.0
