It's only spam really if the person who posts it has links with the company and might benefit from it?

Sorry barneysmom i hate to say this but i think you are wrong as this company was also recommened on a gardener's forum i read occasionally. I back up what Jabberwock says, there was some error on their side with web page coding or whatever.
