    I sent off two application forms and updated my JSA book for when i go to sign on tomorrow

    I did some overtime at work this morning and will be doing 1.5 hours per day while it's available...it doesn't come along often!

    Last night 10 auctions ended on ebay for stuff I was selling, I expected to get about £40 but it all went for £71! I was amazed...this is going straight off my highest APR credit card debt.

    Also, budgeted £70 to spend on food but managed to get everything for £62.

    All in all, it's been a great 24 hours moneywise.

    Having said that, got my water rates bill for next 12 months and it's gone up by 25% :mad:

    Oh well, you can't win em all!

    Well done LHM, you've should be really happy you have done some great things with what you can control and you shouldn't get down about your water rates because this is something you can't control.
