Hi all,
As some of you will know, when you are bankrupt you can not act as a director, when i resigned as a director there was some stock left over that i have, does this have to go into bankruptcy? i know that companies / personal bankruptcy are seperate, however if there is no directors and i cant dispose of stock, what do i do?

It will depend what you're doing with the company - Is it still trading? Have you gone into voluntary liquidation or appointed administrators, or are you just walking away?“I contend that we are both atheists. I just believe in one fewer god than you do. Does the "company" owe you any money? Could you take the stock in lieu of payment?
Otherwise, sell it, make sure there's a paper trail and leave the cash in the company account for HMRC et al to pick over when they liquidate0
